A short boat ride brings you to the River Inlet to the ocean. There is also a large barn style shed included offering lots of storage (appx. 7K value). The community ramp is free access to residents. If you can live a bit rustic, you have found a spot ready for you to occupy. Or build new as many others have done in this quaint location. The voluntary HOA holds many activities to join in on and make new friends. We are sorry to sell but the time is right for us to do so.
